Over the past decade, I have embarked on a journey in the recruitment industry, starting as a Trainee and now proudly serving as the Founding Director of Next Step Talent.

My diverse experience spans working in agencies, transitioning to in-house roles, engaging in RPO projects, and returning to agency settings in late 2020. This journey has provided me with invaluable insights as both a candidate and a client, allowing me to empathise with the challenges and nuances of the recruitment process. With a proven track record of successfully placing exceptional talent, I am committed to leveraging my expertise and passion to drive value, quality, and success in the energy transition sector for both candidates and clients.
