Over the 12 years, I have embarked on a journey in the recruitment industry, starting as an Associate and now proudly serving as the Founding Director of Next Step Talent.

My diverse experience spans working in executive recruitment agencies, transitioning to in-house roles, engaging in RPO projects, and executive search.
